When Can I Expect My Order To Ship and be Delivered?
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be packaged, processed and dropped off for delivery.
Delivery of your order within the U.S is estimated to take about 3-14 days depending on where the order will be shipped off to.
How Will My Order Be Packed?
Most orders will be packaged in a kraft A7 envelop. The stickers will be placed in a glassine bag for additional protection.
Do You Accept Refunds?
Unfortunately, all sales will be final.
Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, reach out to Saaguco@gmail.com as soon as possible. Your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued. However, if an order has already been processed it cannot be canceled.
What If My Product Arrived Damaged ?
If your package has arrived damaged, please reach out to Saaguco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the damaged package (along with photo evidence) and a replacement will be issued as soon as possible! Please be aware that I cannot claim responsibility for damaged packages once they have been sent out for delivery.
My Package Never Arrived.
For domestic orders, please allow at least 14 days maximum after your order has been processed. If after the 14th day, your order has still not been delivered, please reach out to us at Saaguco@gmail.com and we will have a new order shipped out as soon as possible!
Please be aware that I cannot claim responsibility for lost packages.
What If I Entered The Wrong Address?
If your order has not been processed for shipping yet, then please reach out to Saaguco@gmail.com and we can update the address. However, once the order has been processed for shipping, the address cannot be updated.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At the moment, I am only shipping within the US but may expand to other regions!
Are My Stickers Dishwasher Safe?
Although the stickers are weatherproof, I cannot guarantee they will hold up well under the conditions of a dishwasher. If you're using your stickers for a personal item such as a water bottle, I would recommend manually handwashing the water bottle for proper care of the sticker!
Are Your Stickers UV Safe?
Stickers are only considered UV safe if mentioned int he product description!
Are Your Stickers Weatherproof?
Yes! All stickers are considered weatherproof unless stated otherwise.
Will My Order Come With Tracking?
To ensure shipping cost are kept low, orders with Economy Shipping will be shipped in a kraft envelope with NO TRACKING.
If you decide to choose Express Shipping, tracking will be provided.
Do You Ever Restock Sold Out Items?
Restocking items will be a case by case basis! If an item was well received a restock is more likely to happen than for an item that may not have been as popular. Or in some cases, I may retire a design or product and cycle deigns in and out.
Are Your Stickers Scratch Resistant?
Although the manufactures I use claim that their stickers are scratch resistant, I would still handle stickers with care and avoid getting any scratches on them.
